CBSE has mandated installation of CCTV and GPS for School Bus Surveillance and School Bus GPS Tracking wide circular to all the schools on 23rd February 2017. It is now mandatory for all public transport vehicles to install GPS tracking system and SOS emergency buttons to ensure safety of riders.
