HC prohibits 20 schools from operating buses from Jan 10

Despite numerous opportunities, Schools failed to reply on steps taken to secure fitness certificates of their vehicles ferrying pupils. HC issued a bailable warrant of Rs 25,000 against 90 of total 126 schools, which failed to respond. Few of them then responded but majority failed to comply with the directives.
